Service Description

I have recently completed my coursework through the World Coach Institute (WCI) and am now working towards becoming an official Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am trained in and practice the Wiser Coaching Model which empowers me to help coach you through any situation/topic - big or small, surface level or deeply personal. I'm here to guide you through any kind of subject matter where you either have a tough decision to make, want to come up with a plan of action, or just need to hash out an issue and are seeking clarity. I'm happy to help you work through just about any issue, whether it's in my area of expertise or not. My job is not to give you the solutions, but rather to act as a mirror to reflect back what I'm hearing from you and ask powerful questions that will guide you toward discovering your own solutions. Some of my favorite topics to dive into include creativity, spirituality, relationships/boundaries, aligning your life to your passions/values/purpose, ADHD/neurodivergence, confidence/self expression, general problem solving/decision making, and more.
